Troubleshooting
If you do not see a change that you have made to your webpages in
a short period of time:
- Click the Refresh button or the
Control/Refresh buttons on your browser.
- Empty your browser's cache (for graphics
only). In IExplorer 5.0 and Netscape 4.7, your cache can be found on
your menu bar under Edit>>>Preferences>>>Advanced.
If you continue to be challenged and do not know what to do, you can
contact our technical support representative via email or 24 hour
chat line.
